One day, while sitting in the doctors
oÂce and feeling totally frustrated, I
snapped and walked out of the surgery,
telling the Doctor I was going to sort
this problem out myself. I just never
felt like they did anything to really help
me, so decided I had to help myself
instead. There had to be another way to
treat depression than just prescribing
drugs which were made in a lab by men
in white coats.
